Handling requirement
Be sure to use inclined planes or loading platforms during loading and unloading. Before loading and unloading, thoroughly clean the ramp or loading platform and trailer track plate.
When using a ramp or loading platform, stop blocks should be placed under the wheels of the front and trailer.
During loading and unloading operations, an operation commander shall be designated to carry out operations under his command.
The track plate guiding the vehicle and other cargo boxes should have sufficient strength to withstand the weight during loading and unloading.
In cold weather, it is necessary to warm the machine before loading and unloading the machine, and load and unload the machine during the warm operation.
No joystick other than the walking joystick shall be operated on the track plate.
Load
The center line of the machine should be on the center line of the trailer. Slowly turn the machine up the slope.Stop the engine and take the key off the switch.
Close the cab Windows, ventilation skylights and doors, and cover the exhaust ports to prevent wind and rain from entering.Cover with a shelter or protective tarp to protect the equipment.
Fixed machine
Attach the four corners of the machine and the front end working device to the trailer.Put stops on the front and back of the track to hold the machine in place.
Unload
When the machine travels to the point where the trailer plate meets the top of the ramp, support the bottom side of the bucket on the ground.
Prevents possible damage to the front end accessories. When unloading, always keep the Angle between the bucket rod and the boom to 90°~110°.
